Formed by Jason Hess and supported by Director of Operations/Agent Brittani Hess, along with Agents Richie Homes, Rob Challis, Addey Angst, and Chelsea Smith, the team combines in-depth expertise, extensive knowledge, and a client-first approach to deliver exceptional results.
Jason has been in the business for nearly two decades and is thoughtful, skilled at seeing the big picture, and has earned innumerable top-producer awards. Brittani is a talented multi-tasker and organizational whiz who keeps the group on task and ensures clients are well cared for throughout the process. With Richie, clients enjoy a detail-oriented approach backed by more than a decade of experience. Rob’s law enforcement background and passion for the local community are ideally suited to helping people achieve their real estate goals. Addey brings over 25 years of industry experience with extensive knowledge in new construction, in neighborhood developments and analyzing vacant land for custom On Your Lot builds. Addey has obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and a specializes in estate property transactions. Chelsea Smith is a trusted real estate agent with over 10 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes across Boone, Hamilton, Tippecanoe, and Marion Counties. Known for her integrity, clear communication, and transparent approach, Chelsea specializes in residential real estate, relocation services, and guiding first-time homebuyers. Dual licensed in Indiana and California, she brings a broad market perspective and proven negotiation skills to every transaction.
