Associate Broker Brittani Hess delivers expert real estate guidance backed by extensive industry knowledge and a strong desire to help every client reach their dreams. As the director of operations for NorthPoint, Brittani has seen nearly every transaction challenge you can imagine. Her quick thinking and solutions-oriented mindset have been integral to creating a seamless, stress-free experience for the team's many clients.
Brittani earned a bachelor's degree from the Indiana University School of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from the University of Indianapolis. Her eight years as a nurse practitioner underscore her ability to work with many personalities, often in high-stress situations. Raised in a real estate family and married to NorthPoint founder Jason Hess, a career in the industry was always in the cards for Brittani. She's a clear communicator, able to quickly understand her clients' needs and goals. Responsive and resourceful, Brittani nimbly navigates every home search or sale with exemplary client service and genuine care
Brittani resides in Indianapolis' Fountain Square neighborhood, where she enjoys exploring the local restaurants. You'll often find her walking her two dogs, enjoying yoga, Pilates and running, or spending time with Jason and their two grown sons.
