Meet Rob
Robert Challis delivers a fresh approach to real estate rooted in a passion for community and helping people. As a member of the NorthPoint Real Estate Team at Compass, he works with a wide range of Central Indiana clients, from first-time buyers to experienced sellers. Robert is proud to be a part of a team with more than 1,000 total transactions to its credit and more than $25 million in closed sales volume in 2021 alone.
Before real estate, Robert served in law enforcement for over 30 years, a career he credits with forming his communication skills, stress management and ability to relate to people in all circumstances. In real estate, he enjoys putting those same skills to work while helping people move on to their next exciting chapter. "Helping people and serving the community has always been my nature," he explains. "I'm excited to continue doing so through real estate."
A lifetime resident of Indianapolis' southside, Robert has worked all over the city and surrounding counties. He's resided in Beech Grove for nearly 50 years and currently serves as a current school board vice president and a member of the redevelopment commission, which gives him great insight into the community's schools and future plans. Robert spends his free time relaxing with family and friends around the swimming pool, shuttling four athletic teenagers to games and coaching youth sports.
