At NorthPoint, we know that every home starts with a properly set cornerstone and a strong foundation. Taking care of the customer has always been the cornerstone on which we operate, and the new home construction sales sector was the foundational beginning of our real estate expertise.
NorthPoint’s Founder Jason Hess began his real estate career through a national home builder in 2002, respectively. This is where Jason formed his thorough understanding of every facet of new home construction. Since becoming a Realtor years later, Jason has been tapped by multiple builders to represent their market-ready spec homes. NorthPoint has represented buyers with almost every production builder in town as well as several custom builders.
The experience of being on the other side of the table serves both our clients and our builder partners well. We advocate strongly for our clients, and we do so with respect and a deep understanding of both the process and BAGI standards.
